Welcome to VGR Nexus, a service of VGR Management and Consultancy Ltd. By accessing our website or using our services including training courses, audits, or consulting, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Offered
           VGR Nexus provides:
  • Cybersecurity training and awareness programs
  • Cybersecurity audit and compliance services
  • Taxation training covering VAT, income tax, customs, and corporate tax
   All services are delivered either online, in-person, or via blended  formats, and may involve third-party trainers or consultants  under agreement with VGR Nexus.

2. Eligibility & Registration
    Registration can be done online on the website Nexus.vgrgroup.mu or by filling an appropriate form as provided for each        concerned course.

3. Payment & Fees
  • Fees for services are listed on the course or service description pages.
  • Payment must be made in full prior to participation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • HRDC-refund eligibility is applicable only for MQA-approved, HRDC-registered courses and subject to employer’s application, submission of required documents, and compliance with HRDC guidelines and deadlines.
  • Companies seeking HRDC refund should verify on the HRDC website on their eligibility for the refund.
4. Refund Policy
    Refunds are available under the following conditions:
  • Once registered, the candidate is considered confirmed and any commitment becomes due and payable before the start of the course.
  • In exceptional cases, VGR Nexus may consider a refund, full or partial based on certain conditions:
    • Cancellation by participant:
    • Cancellation more than 45 days before the training, no charge; the deposit will be fully refunded.
    • Cancellation within than 30 days of the training, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total invoice will apply.
    • Cancellation within 15 days of the training, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice will apply.
    • Cancellation within 10 working days of the training, the full invoice amount (100%) will be charged.
  • No-shows or same-day cancellations, no refunds will be issued.
  • Participant substitution is allowed at no additional cost, provided notice is given in advance.
All refunds will be processed within 30 working days.

5. Training Materials & Intellectual Property
All content provided in our training programs including slides, workbooks, handouts, and recorded sessions, is the intellectual property of VGR Nexus or its instructors and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection
VGR Nexus respects your privacy and will not disclose personal or business data to third parties unless required by law or with  your explicit consent. For audits, all findings and documentation are treated with strict confidentiality.

7. Limitation of Liability
                     While we strive to deliver accurate and effective training and audit services, VGR Nexus does not guarantee that:
  • Your business will achieve regulatory compliance solely through our services
  •  All cybersecurity or tax-related risks will be eliminated
            We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.

8. Changes to Services or Terms
 VGR Nexus reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes.

9. Governing Law
 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Mauritian courts.
