HRDC Refund Support

 
VGR Management and Consultancy Ltd is an MQA-approved training provider.
As an approved institution, our courses are eligible for HRDC Refunds under the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) scheme —
helping employers invest in top-quality training while recovering a significant portion of costs.

 

What this means for you

•    Employers may claim up to 90% of training costs (subject to HRDC guidelines).
•    All eligible programs are MQA-approved and aligned with HRDC reimbursement requirements.
•    We assist you in completing the necessary documentation and procedures to simplify your HRDC refund application.

 

Eligibility Criteria

•    The employer must be registered with and contributing to the HRDC levy.
•    A prior application must be submitted to HRDC before the training date.
•    Full attendance is required for certification and refund eligibility.

 

Refund Process

1. Pre-training:
  • Submit G1 Form and course details at least 2 weeks before training begins
  • Attach:
           - Trainer Profile
           - Course outline
           - Quotation


2. Post Training:
    Submit the following to HRDC:
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Final Invoice and receipt
  • Signed attendance register

HRDC will review and process the refund directly to the employer as per their internal timeline.

Important Notes:

•    Late submissions to HRDC may result in ineligibility for refunds.
•    No-shows or partial attendance may result in rejected or pro-rated claims.
•    HRDC refunds are processed directly by HRDC.
•    VGR Management & Consultancy Ltd is not responsible for any claims not approved by HRDC.
